Migrant Domestic Worker's (MDW) Checkup

In line with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines, all migrant domestic workers (MDWs) employed in Singapore must undergo regular medical screenings to confirm they are fit for work and free from infectious diseases. MMR Vaccination and Measles Antibody Test

From 1 September 2025, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will require migrant domestic workers (MDWs) working in households with children below 7 years old who have not been vaccinated against measles to be immunised against the disease. Employers may provide documentary proof to MOM, such as a proof of completion of vaccination, serology test result or laboratory confirmation of past infection.
