MMR Vaccination and Measles Antibody Test

From 1 September 2025, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will require migrant domestic workers (MDWs) working in households with children below 7 years old who have not been vaccinated against measles to be immunised against the disease. Employers may provide documentary proof to MOM, such as proof of completion of vaccination, serology test result, or laboratory confirmation of past infection.
