What is MMR?
MMR stands for measles, mumps and rubella. These are three different infectious diseases which are caused by three different viruses. The transmission of these diseases is via coughing and sneezing in the air.
Who should have MMR vaccination?
- All adults who have not completed vaccination for measles, mumps, or rubella during childhood ( two doses required)
- Adults with uncertain vaccination status who are at higher risk of infection (e.g. educational institutions, healthcare personnel, international travellers to areas with possible suboptimal vaccination coverage.
- Unvaccinated women planning to become pregnant ( vaccination must be at least 3 months before conceiving)
Pre-vaccination, an antibodies test can be taken to assess if the vaccination is required.
How many doses are required?
Two doses given at least 1 month apart.
Price is applicable for two doses only and includes practice cost and doctor’s consultation charge at first visit.
Price excludes any related serology tests.

Not applicable at Raffles Medical clinics at Changi Airport Transits 1, 2, 3, and 4, 24 Hour Emergency at Raffles Hospital, Raffles Health Screeners, and Raffles Specialist clinics.
