Measles Antibody Test
The measles antibody test is a blood test to assess if you are immune to measles. It checks for the presence of igG antibodies in your blood, which indicates immunity acquired through a previous infection or vaccination.
Note:
From 1 September 2025, migrant domestic workers (MDWs) working in households with young children below 7 years old who are not vaccinated against measles, must be immunised against the disease.
Employers may provide documentary proof to MOM, such as a proof of completion of vaccination, serology test result or laboratory confirmation of past infection.
