FAQs

Who can purchase and use the services?

The services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Those under 18 may only receive treatment with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, where clinically appropriate.

How do I book my appointment?

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to practitioner and equipment availability. Please refer to the respective service page for the appointment booking contact details.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of that session.

What happens if a treatment is not suitable for me?

For services at R17, you will be required to complete a health declaration and/or undergo a medical screening before your first session.

If R17 determines that your selected service is not medically suitable, an alternative service of equivalent value will be offered for the affected session.

Prices are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
Package(s) must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Upon purchase, a redemption letter will be sent to your email. The letter may only be used to redeem the package indicated.
The redemption letter must be presented upon registration at the clinic, together with your NRIC or other identification document.
Services are available at Raffles HealthyLongevity or R17 at Raffles Specialist Centre (Singapore), depending on the service.
Prior appointment is required. Please refer to the respective service page for the appointment booking contact details.
The package may be transferred to another person. Please indicate to us the details of the package recipient when making the appointment.
Items in the package are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, including any unutilised portion.
Not valid with other corporate programmes.

Certain services, including but not limited to mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT), contrast therapy, and infrared sauna, may not be suitable for everyone.
