 Female Fertility with Enhanced Blood Tests and Cervical Screening (C) Components:

1. Hormone tests (between day 3 and 5 of patient’s menses)
   
   • Anti-Mullerian Hormone – AMH (Egg Reserve Test)
   • Prolactin (PRL)
   • Estradiol (E2)
   • Leutenising Hormone (LH)
   • Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
   • Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) 
2. Enhanced blood tests - Fasting required
   • Complete Blood Count
   • Blood Group
   • Renal Screen
   • Liver Function Test
   • Tumour Markers (AFP, CEA)
   • Free T4
   • Lipid Screen (Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides)

3. Specialist consultation for test review and treatment plan
   
   • Appointment will be made at least two weeks after blood tests are complete
   • Transvaginal ultrasound
   • Pap smear
   • Tumour marker (CA 125)
   • Test review and treatment recommendations (if any)

Additional things to take note before coming in for the assessment

1. The hormone blood tests will be scheduled between day 3 and 5 of patient’s menses. Patients are to contact Raffles Fertility Centre to make an appointment on day 1 of their menses. You will need to lie down to rest for half an hour before the blood sample is drawn.
2. Enhanced blood tests - Fasting is required for the blood test because of the lipid screen.
3. Review appointment should be made 2 weeks after the enhanced blood tests are taken and should not be made during menses as the specialist will be doing a pap smear. Patients who are keen to include the HPV test as an add-on may discuss with their specialist to determine if it is needed.
4. Blood sample for tumour marker CA 125 test will be taken during the review day.
