Couple Fertility Package Enhanced Components:

1. To do the blood tests and semen analysis
   • For female:
     AMH (egg reserve test), prolactin, thyroid stimulating hormone and pre-conception test
     [Available on weekdays from 8:30am to 11:30am, 2:30 pm to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 8:30am to 11:30am]
   • For male:
     Semen analysis and pre-conception test [Available on weekdays from 8:30am to 2pm and Saturdays from 8:30am to 10am]
2. To see our specialists to discuss the above tests and treatment plan after the results are out
   • The specialists will be doing a pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound for female (upon availability of the doctor on weekdays only).
   • The appointment will be at least 2 weeks after the female blood test appointment.
   • The specialist will discuss with you the reports of the test and advice if there’s any further test needed.
   • The couple must be both present during this visit. Otherwise, the appointment will be rescheduled on the next available date.

Additional things to take note before coming in for the assessment

1. For Semen Analysis – There should be no sexual activity that involves ejaculation for at least 2 days before the test. However, you should not avoid ejaculation for longer than 5 days before producing the semen specimen. Semen analysis test can be scheduled separately from the female blood test date.
2. No special preparation/fasting is required for female blood test. You will only need to lie down for half an hour before the blood sample is drawn.
3. Please note that the review appointment should not be made during menses as the doctor will be doing a pap smear.

• This package is not applicable with other corporate programmes.
• The package is only applicable to new patients with no prior visits to Raffles Fertility Centre.
• The package is not applicable to patients who have received assisted reproductive treatments and consultation before at any other fertility centres.
• This package is not applicable if you have an ongoing fertility treatment elsewhere. 
• The package is not applicable if you have seen any fertility specialist before or had any test done before.
• This package excludes medication and other health examinations.
• Patients with male fertility issues will require further consultation with a urologist. Our team will be able to assist with the necessary appointments upon referral.
• Price is not inclusive of any additional tests and follow-up consultations recommended by the specialists.
• The package is not applicable for insurance/medisave claims.
• Items in the package are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, including unutilised portion.
• This package is strictly non-refundable / non-transferrable.
