INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE COMING FOR YOUR TEST
FASTING
- Fasting for 8 hours before your health screening appointment is required.
- Please refrain from consuming food starting from 12 midnight on the day of your appointment.
- Drinking of plain water is permissible up to the morning of screening.
MEDICATION/ SUPPLEMENTS
- Please delay your routine morning medication and/or supplements until your blood sample is taken.
STOOL FOR OCCULT BLOOD TEST
- You can collect your stool sample one day before your screening appointment.
- Please refrain from consuming food starting from 12 midnight on the day of your appointment.
- Please store the cassette away from sunlight and at room temperature.
- Submission of stool cassette can only be done on the day of the health screening.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Price is in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
- This package must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Upon purchase, we will send to your email a redemption letter, that you can use to redeem your package. This letter can only be used for the package indicated.
- This letter must be presented upon registration at the clinic, together with your NRIC / Identification documents.
- Prior appointment is required. To make your appointment, please call your preferred clinic or 6311 1222 (office hours).
- This service is available at Raffles Medical clinics and Raffles Executive Medical Centre (Raffles Hospital) in Singapore, except Raffles Health Screeners (Raffles Hospital Level 12).
- Not applicable at Changi Airport Transits 1, 2, 3 and 4, Raffles Health Screeners and Raffles24 Acute & Critical Care at Raffles Hospital.
- Items in the package are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, including unutilised portion.
- You may transfer the package to another person. Please indicate the name and details of the package recipient when booking the appointment.
- Not valid with other corporate programmes.
- Listed terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- Raffles Medical Group Ltd is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the redemption letter.
- Health screening reports will be emailed to the patient's registered email address. Physical copies are available upon request.
