Raffles Medical will send a reminder via SMS 48 hours ahead of the pre-booked and scheduled appointment.

Please ensure you bring along your redemption letter, identity card, passport and flight documents* on the day of your appointment.

Results of the COVID-19 PCR swab + serology test will be sent to your indicated email address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Price is in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
• Upon purchase, we will send to your email a redemption letter that you can use to redeem your package. This letter can only be used for the package indicated.
• This letter must be presented upon registration at the clinic, together with your NRIC / Identification documents.
• Prior appointment is required.
• Over 36 Raffles Medical (Singapore) clinics are able to administer the COVID-19 PCR + Serology IgM Test, selected clinics are operational 24/7.
• Please check the clinic listing below and book your appointment via the website.
• Items in the package are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-refundable.
• Not valid with other corporate programmes.
• Listed terms are subject to change without prior notice.
• Raffles Medical Group Ltd is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the redemption letter.
• If the COVID-19 PCR + Serology IgM Test is done for travel purposes, please ensure that the test is completed within the time frame required for the destination country. Test results are available 24-36 hours after the test is conducted. Validity period of tests varies according to travel destination.
• If a re-test is required due to inconclusive results, you would need to re-purchase the test.
• Raffles Medical is not liable for any additional costs incurred should there be any rejection from the airlines, embassy and authorities.
