Contrast Therapy (Cryotherapy + Infrared Sauna)
Experience a guided contrast therapy session that alternates between the invigorating cold of whole-body cryotherapy and the soothing warmth of an infrared sauna. Your treatment begins with a brief cryotherapy session, where exposure to sub-zero temperatures causes blood vessels near the skin's surface to constrict as the body responds to the cold. This is followed by time in the infrared sauna, where gentle infrared heat penetrates deep into the body to relax tight muscles, encourage healthy circulation, and warm the body from within. By alternating between cold and heat, the body experiences a natural circulatory response that supports recovery while leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
