Who can purchase and use the services?
The services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Those under 18 may only receive treatment with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and where clinically appropriate.
How do I book my appointment?
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to practitioner and equipment availability. The clinic will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of that session.

What happens if a treatment is not suitable for me?
Before your first session, you will be required to complete a health declaration and/or undergo a medical screening.
If R17 determines that your selected service is not medically suitable, an alternative service of equivalent value will be offered for the affected session.

Terms & Conditions
- Prices are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
- Package(s) must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Upon purchase, a redemption letter will be sent to your email. The letter may only be used to redeem the package indicated.
- The redemption letter must be presented upon registration at the clinic, together with your NRIC or other identification document.
- Available at R17 at Raffles Specialist Centre (Singapore).
- Prior appointment is required. The clinic will contact you to arrange an appointment.
- The package may be transferred to another person. Please indicate to us the details of the package recipient when making the appointment.
- Items in the package are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, including any unutilised portion.
