How to Use NeckHeat

1	Tear open packaging. Upon contact with air, NeckHeat will heat up by itself within 10 minutes.
2	Peel and paste NeckHeat on your neck or shoulders.
3	Remove NeckHeat for at least five minutes after every hour of use. It is important to let your skin rest, since prolonged contact with low heat may cause burns.

Contraindication: Do not apply product to broken, desensitised, sensitive, bruised or swelling skin
