Soft and latex-free, this comfortable ice bag is ideal for application of cold therapy in treating minor scrapes, bruises, muscle aches and sprains, and headaches.

The soft, adjustable ice bag wrap is ideal for applying cold therapy to small or large body parts. The long straps provide a custom fit with firm, comfortable compression.

Application/Instructions:

1. Unscrew lid counter-clockwise.
2. Fill with ice 2/3 full and secure lid.,

1. Fill ice bag 2/3 full with cold water, ice cubes or crushed ice.
2. Twist cap securely on bag.
3. Insert ice bag into the circular opening at the center of the wrap.
4. Place ice bag on affected area.
5. Adjust straps to desired fit.
6. Finished using, empty contents of ice bag and leave top off to dry.

Intended Use:
Helps relieve pain and swelling.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean., Line dry. Air dry.

After use:
Drain bag and air dry before replacing lid. Use only water or ice with this product.
