COVID-19 PCR Test (Express service)

You may book your COVID-19 swab test appointment upon purchase. Please provide the following details when you book your appointment.

• NRIC / Birth Certificate / Employment Pass / Work Permit
• Passport
• Address in Singapore
• Email address
• Contact number
• Possible times for your test slots
• Flight details
• If there are children 7 years old and below

Please ensure that you have your redemption letter, identity card, passport, and flight documents on the day of your appointment.

Travel Certificate of the COVID-19 PCR test will be sent to your indicated email address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Prices are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST.
• Upon purchase, we will send to your email a redemption letter, that you can use to redeem your service. This letter can only be used for the service indicated.
• This letter must be presented during your appointment, together with your NRIC, and passport and flight details (for travellers).
• Prior appointment is required.
• Items in this service are non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and non-refundable.
• Not valid with other corporate programmes.
• Listed terms are subject to change without prior notice.
• Raffles Medical Group Ltd is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the redemption letter.
• COVID-19 PCR test for travel purposes: Please ensure that the test is completed within the time frame required for the destination country. For express service, test results are available 6 hours after the test is conducted. Validity period of tests varies according to travel destination.
• If a re-swab is required due to inconclusive results, you would need to re-purchase the test.
• Raffles Medical is not liable for any additional costs incurred should there be any rejection from the airlines, embassy and authorities.
