Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 28 April 2006 on which day no share transfer will be effected.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Ltd, 138 Robinson Road #17-00, Singapore 068906 up to the close of business at 5.00pm on 27 April 2006 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the First & Final Dividend and Special Dividend.
Payment of the First & Final Dividend and Special Dividend will be made on 10 May 2006.
